Rich graduated from Indiana University with high distinction and has 43 years in public accounting, private industry, and not-for-profits; experienced in healthcare, real estate, service industries, and manufacturing; specialties include small business consulting, accounting, tax preparation, and planning. 

Rich and his wife Linda have four children and six grandchildren.

Over his career Rich has held many board positions in the community and professional organizations and is currently Treasurer of Friendship House, a nonprofit providing high-quality housing to the elderly and disabled.
